"I'll be home for Christmas" written by Buck Ram

This wonderful Christmas classic was written in 1943 by Buck Ram, Kim Gannon and Walter Kent, though Buck was the main lyricist. It's just more proof that one single song can affect so many lives.

Never give up on your dreams. May Santa bring you a great song this year. :)

Merry Christmas to all,

Phil

I'm dreamin' tonight of a place I love
Even more then I usually do
And although I know it's a long road back
I promise you

I'll be home for Christmas
You can count on me
Please have snow and mistletoe
And presents under the tree
Christmas Eve will find me
Where the love light beams
I'll be home for Christmas
If only in my dreams

Christmas Eve will find me
Where the love light beams
I'll be home for Christmas
If only in my dreams.

My favorite Songwriter Joel Shewmake

Quote of the year...

“Be not the judges of men, but love your brothers and sisters, and find ways to reach out to them in common goals and aspirations. Where there is love in common, the divisions of creed will melt away and reveal the true nature of man’s eternal destiny -- one of unity in purpose, to be perfect as the Father is perfect."
